Let me save you some time: this dealership is a gem. I’m from California, and when I came across the car they had listed — at a price that was truly unbeatable — I almost couldn’t believe it. But from the very first phone call, it was clear this team was the real deal. They were incredibly patient, thoughtful, and never once tried to rush or pressure me. Instead, they took the time to walk me through every step of the process, answered all my questions honestly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable and informed from start to finish. There were no gimmicks, no games. And, when Dwayne GM called to ask if i had any questions, I knew his answers were truthful and honest and it really sealed the deal. I purchased a ‘23 Ram Rebel from Dempsey DCJR of Plano, IL last weekend. First, I spoke to Jesse on the phone about the truck and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She said I could come test drive when it was convenient to me and had the vehicle ready when I arrived. Then I met London and he was one of the best salesmen I’ve ever had! Super helpful, never pushy and extremely kind. He answered every question I had and worked with me to achieve a price I could afford on a truck I couldn’t be any happier with. Jim in finance was knowledgeable and helpful as well! I enjoyed my entire experience so much I’ll get my (new to me) Ram serviced at Dempsey in the future. Possibly the best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle before!

Service here is excellent. Seriously, they are an extremely customer focused service department. I dropped off my vehicle for service, and it was treated with respect and all my concerns were addressed. If you have gone to any other Mopar dealerships in the Chicago area, you know what they are like. Not great. My wife has an Acura, and I was always jealous of the red carpet treatment she would get when taking hers in. Not any more!

I bought a Jeep from Dempsey Dodge recently. I appreciate our sales persons (Steve) approach to letting my family and I test the vehicles to really figure out which one was right for us. We were able to get in out, and test drive while we had all three kids with us, with zero pressure to buy. Also, the covered showroom space to inspect the models was a nice feature on a hot day. Overall, great experience for buying a car.
Showed up for a gift card promotion and they gave me $200 bucks just for showing up. Only dealer I have seen not offering a scam promotion. Will be a returning customer!

I hate buying cars. It's just waiting and run arounds and general malarkey. This place however was the easiest and most streamlined and efficient car buying experience of my life. Elijah Willis is a man amongst men, he isn't just a mere vendor of automobiles but a connoisseur of his craft. Few have ever been the salesperson he is, and even fewer will ever be. He truly has attained a level that most cannot fathom. Josh Bickle is the sales manager, yet that title doesn't even begin to describe the finesse and ease of which he made the buying experience for my wife and I. He is more than just a sales manager at a car dealership, he is genuine, honest and straight forward. It may not seem like much, but when it comes to buying a car, those are traits which unfortunately are not shared by all managers. Josh Bickle is exemplary and truly is what all sales managers should emulate. Highly recommend this dealership – we had stopped in a couple Friday evenings ago to test drive some different Wrangler options. We worked with London who was personable, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions regarding Jeeps. There was no pressure to move forward but after test driving a few other Jeeps in the area we felt the most comfortable to come back and work with London at Dempsey. Dempsey offered us a good offer on our trade in vehicle and did not try to upsell any additional warranties or packages at the end – which we appreciated after going through past experiences at other dealerships when the paperwork portion sometimes takes longer than anything else. Additionally, as an added bonus it is the lowest tax rate in the area compared to other dealerships. The entire staff was friendly and the owner visited with us at the end to thank us for our business. Very excited to have our new Jeep and will recommend Dempsey in the future!

London helped me find my first car after arriving from the India. Had specific needs and although they didn't have it that day, less then 2 days later he found the vehicle from out of state and brought it to Plano. The entire experience was seemless. Wow talk about service! I needed a software update on my newly purchased vehicle and the sales associate I worked with, London, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. They picked up my car, left me a loner while the car was serviced and dropped it back off same day. When London dropped the car off, he spent 45 minutes with my wife making sure all her questions were answered about the new car. I can’t thank London and the Dempsey team enough!

The guys in the service dept. were great. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was in and out in 30 minutes....and even got my Riverfront license plate holders replaced with new Dempsey ones for free. I appreciated that. I certainly recommend Dempsey.
